Date : 20 th April, 2017 What is being complained in this contempt petition is the violation of the undertaking given before the Apex Court in S.L.P. No.18749 of 2006, decided on 24-3-2015.

In view of the decision of the Apex Court rendered in the case of Vitush Oberoi and others v. Court of its Own Motion, reported in (2017) 2 SCC 314, the contempt petition is not maintainable before this Court. The same is, therefore, dismissed as such.
