This is an application for grant of bail.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application, in view of the fact that the trial has already commenced and four witnesses have already been examined. However, he submits that since the applicant is in jail, the trial be conducted in time bound.

In the above backdrop, permission is granted to withdraw the present application.

The trial Court shall expedite the trial and conclude it within next nine months. In case, there is no substantive progress in the trial, the applicant is granted liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court.
