State of Maharashtra and others). Shri Parsodkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on a perusal of the judgment, stated herein above, does not dispute the statement made by the learned A.G.P.

Hence, for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 12.07.2004 in Writ Petition

Order 1008wp2115.01 No.2541/1987, the Writ Petition is dismissed, with no order as to costs.

Rule stands discharged.
