Letter is received from the District Judge -6 and ASJ, Nagpur to extend the time of three months to dispose of Sessions Case No.455 of 2019 (State Vs. Mohd. Iklak Mustak Ahamad Khan and one).

The Sessions case is of the year 2019. The trial is for final argument and because of the ill health of the APP, it was postponed. Considering the stage of the trial, one months time is extended to decide the Sessions Case No.455 of 2019.
