By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of order dated 24.02.2023.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that now the applicant No.3 Shanta w/o Chanpt Wankhede is reported to be dead, therefore her share is to be divided between applicant Nos.1 and 2.

The other side has no objection for the same.

In view of that, the share of the compensation of the applicant No.3 Shanta is to be distributed and divided between applicant Nos.1

(2) 1.caf.1587.2025 and 2 and the amount be disbursed to them on due identification and verification.
