The applicants have moved this application for condonation of the delay of 48 days in filing the application to treat him as an indigent person. Despite service of notice, no one appears for respondents No. 1 to 3. The non-appearance of respondents Nos. 1 to 3 leads to the inference that they have no grievance regarding the claim of the applicants in the application.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed as prayed. The delay of 48 days in filing the application to treat him as an indigent person is condoned. Miscellaneous Civil Application to be registered. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO 2025 OF 2025 Heard. Perused the record.

2. Having considered the facts of the case, the applicants are
