Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 have filed this application to transfer the entire awarded amount along with interest accrued thereon lying in this Court to MACT, Buldhana, for which learned counsel for the appellant has given no objection as the appeal was withdrawn on 30.06.2022.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and the no objection of learned counsel for the appellant, the application is allowed, as prayed.

Registrar(J) is directed to transfer/transmit the entire awarded compensation amount along with interest thereon to the learned MACT, Buldhana, within five weeks.

Learned Chairman of MACT, Buldhana, is directed to transfer the said amount to the bank account of the respective applicants as per the Award of MACT within four weeks after receipt of the amount, on the applicants' submission of their bank account details. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) Belkhede
