(2) By way of this application, respondent nos.1 to 4/ claimants are seeking direction to Nazar to deposit the amount of share of respondent no.2 in the name of Yuvraj S/o Shyamrao Bhivgade and the entire amount be deposited along with interest accrued thereon in the joint account of respondent nos.1 to 4 wherein the name of respondent no.2 is written as Yuvraj S/o Shyamrao Bhivgade.
