Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner, the learned Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the learned AGP for the respondent No.3.

The learned AGP has placed on record the scanned copy of the affidavit dated 22/11/2021 of the respondent No.3. In Paragraph No.6 of the affidavit, a statement with regard to the compliance of the order has been made. The statement made in this paragraph of the affidavit with regard to the release of the arrears for the period from 31/10/2010 to 31/12/2020 and the disbursement of the first installment of Rs.42,611/- is accepted.

In view of the facts stated in the affidavit, we are satisfied that the order passed in Writ Petition No.7401/2019 dated 02/03/2021 stands complied with. Nothing survives in the Contempt Petition. The same stands disposed of.
