Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

This application is taken out for relaxing condition imposed while granting bail.

The condition is that the applicant shall attend the Borgaon Manju Police Station, Dist. Akola, once in a month on the last Sunday, till the conclusion of the trial. 4.

The relaxation is sought in view of the pandemic and the difficulties faced in traveling. The applicant is a resident of Madhya Pradesh.

While I am not inclined to grant a blanket relaxation, the condition is relaxed for three months. If the

42 appa695.2020.odt 2 situation does not improve, the applicant is at liberty to seek further relaxation and if such request is made, the same shall be considered on its own merits.
