By order dated 17.07.2023, this Court has already expressed that Court is not inclined to grant bail. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with request to expedite the trial and with direction to dispose of within three months. Considering the request of the learned Counsel for the applicant, trial is expedited and the trial Court shall make every endeavour to dispose of the matter, within a period of one year.

The applicant would be at liberty to file an application for bail, if there is no progress in the trial within one year.

The application is disposed of, as withdrawn.
