This is third bail application for grant of regular bail by the applicant who is arrested on 22.6.2018 in connection with Crime No.174/2018 registered with Khamgaon Police Station (Rural), Buldana for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the nonapplicant/State, I find no reason to release the applicant on bail inasmuch as there is no change in circumstance. However, from Roznama, which is filed on record, it is clear that case is already committed to the Court of Sessions and it .....2/-

ba764.21 18 was registered as Sessions Trial No.44/2018 and the matter is already fixed for evidence.

The applicant is in jail from 22.6.2018.

In this view of the matter, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khamgaon, on whose file Sessions Trial No.44/2018 is pending, shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and within a period of 10 (ten) months from the date of receipt of this order in accordance with law.

The criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
