In view of the judgment and order dated 4th September 2015 passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Mumbai in Writ Petition No.8428 of 2015, the petitioner was required to deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lakh only) in this Court, which is not complied with till this date. As such, the office has brought the said default to the notice of this Court. Repeated communications issued to the petitioner are not attended to or complied with. When the matter is called out the petitioner is absent.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Application for restoration of the writ petition, if moved by the petitioner, shall not be placed before Court, if same is not accompanied with Demand Draft of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs.One Lakh only), as was directed by the Division Bench of this Court at Mumbai.
