DATED : 16-07-2018 The growing tendency to blame the counsel for delay is noticed disturbingly often.

The applicants to deposit Rs.50,000/- in this Court so that if the application for condonation of delay is found to be without substance, adequate orders can be passed.

The applicants to also file an additional affidavit explaining what steps are initiated against the counsel, if any, since the allegation is that for months together the applicants were not informed that the application seeking discharge is rejected.

If the amount is not deposited within fifteen days and the additional affidavit is not filed, this application shall stand rejected without further reference to Court.

If the amount is deposited and the additional affidavit is filed, issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after four weeks.
