DATE : 11.09.2015 Shri Parchure, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has tendered a pursis in the Court today. The same is accepted on record. It is stated in the pursis that the petitioner is not desirous of pursuing the issue relating to the work order and in respect of the monetary claims, the petitioner is willing to approach the competent authority and if required, the civil Court. The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in the aforesaid background.

On the statement made by the learned Counsel and in view of the statements made in the pursis, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are kept open.
