This application is for condonation of 51 days' delay caused in preferring appeal against acquittal in Summary Criminal Case No.235/2012 wherein respondent came to be acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

For the grounds mentioned in paras 4 and 5 of the application, delay is found explained satisfactorily and, therefore, same is condoned. The application is allowed.
