By this application, the appellant - VIDC is seeking stay to the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the judgment and award passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division Akola in L.A.C. No.41 of 2005. The appellant has already deposited the amount of compensation.

In view of that the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Akola in L.A.C. No.41 of 2005 be stayed, till final disposal of appeal.
