JUNE 13, 2025 In continuation to earlier orders, the learned Counsel for the Official Liquidator submits that both the plots belonging to the Company were put to auction, but nobody tendered bid. He seeks permission to put up an advertisement in terms of the valuation report that has been already obtained.

2] Permission is granted. The advertisement be issued forthwith and further steps be taken in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
