By this application, the applicants/appellants are seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 07.09.2021 passed by the 3rd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C. No.243 of 2009. 2.

Learned Advocate Ms Babhulkar holding for Mr Kadu for appellants submitted that the entire amount is already deposited before the Reference Court. She has also filed pursis to that effect. 3.

In view of the statements and pursis filed by the appellants, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 07.09.2021 passed in L.A.C. No.243 of 2009 be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal.
