The said affidavit refers to the order dated 12.9.2024 wherein auction of the disputed vehicle which was done by the petitioner is set aside.

In view of above, the issue raised in the petition stood redressed. The petition is accordingly disposed of. 4.

The amount of Rs. 5,56,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Fifty Six Thousand) deposited in this Court by the petitioner is directed to be transferred to the Account of Collector, Chandrapur pursuant to the orders placed on record, as referred to above.

Consequential order shall be passed by the Collector once the amount is received. Let the transfer of amount be effected expeditiously.
