Heard Shri P. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the applicant/respondent no.3, Ms. K. Satpute, learned Counsel for petitioner and Ms. K.R. Deshpande, learned A.G.P. for respondent State. 2.

Respondent no.3 - employer seeks period of one year to clear arrears of retirement dues. Reason given is paucity of funds.

After hearing, we find that application has been moved on 26.04.2018 and period of one year is being sought. The order of this Court in Writ Petition No. 1254/2016, expected them to comply with the

Order 0510caw1240.18 directions contained therein within a period of three months. The, period of about 9 months has already expired from the date of order.

In this situation, we extend period by three months more, as a last chance. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
