This application is for extension of time to deposit the decreetal amount.

By order dated 09.03.2023, this Court had granted stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 10.08.2021 passed by the 5th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division in LAC No.504 of 2012 on condition that the appellant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest including the statutory benefits within eight weeks. Now, this application is filed for extension of time on the ground that there is a delay to deposit the decreetal amount on account of administrative delays in the organization and the same are bona fide one.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the appellant has to deposit the amount as per the order dated 09.03.2023 within five weeks. On failure to deposit the amount within the above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to TAMBE
