Civil Application (F) No.2179/2017:

This application is filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 for withdrawal of 25% of the decretal amount deposited by the appellant in this Court. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1-claimant that this application is for withdrawal of the amount as the respondent No.1 is urgent needs an amount for the sustenance of her family and to meet the educational needs of three minor children.

In view thereof, this application is allowed and respondent Nos.1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court on usual undertaking that in case the decision goes against the applicants they will deposit the entire amount with interest. The application is disposed of accordingly.
