The learned A.P.P. states that the investigation is complete and he seeks permission to file the chargesheet. Vide order dated 14.12.2020 although the investigation was allowed to go on but the Investigating Officer was restrained from filing the chargesheet without the leave of this Court. As the investigation is complete and chargesheet is ready, we allow the Investigating Officer to file the chargesheet before the trial Court.

The copy of the chargesheet be given to the applicant and the applicant to produce the same on record on or before 29.7.2024. The applicant to amend the application on or before 2.8.2024. Criminal Application (APPP) No.828/2024 is allowed and disposed of.
