This is an application by Lalitkumar son of Purushottamdasji Mohta seeking leave to deposit amount of Rs.40,000/- and redeem the mortgage of Mohta House and Marble House. There is one more prayer i.e. to adjudicate liability of M/s Nav Bharat Trading Company before Mohta House and Marble House are sold.

Mohta House is already auctioned and Official Liquidator is not proceeding against Marble House. Hence CAL is disposed of as rendered infructuous.
