Perused the review application and heard the learned counsel for the parties.

In paragraph 11 of the judgment, the land purchased by the defendant as per Exhibit 201 should read 1800 square meters and not 18000 square feet. Besides this, I do not find any error apparent for invoking review jurisdiction. Application is accordingly dismissed.

The interim order which was operating in this application from 03.07.2018 shall continue to operate for a period of eight weeks from today and shall cease to operate automatically thereafter.
