After hearing learned counsel for the applicant for some time and on expressing disinclination by this Court to grant of bail, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the present application. He further seeks liberty to apply a fresh for grant of bail, considering the age of the applicant, in case there is no progress in the trial, in near future.

Permission is granted to withdraw the present application with liberty to apply a fresh if there is no substantive progress in the trial, in next one year. Criminal application is disposed of, accordingly.
