2.

A minor has applied for grant of employment on compassionate ground for the first time on 01.01.2016. His age as on 01.01.2016 is about 33 years. The unfortunate death of father has taken place in the year 1994. Thereafter his elder sister and elder brother made some efforts for compassionate employment, but, could not succeed. 3.

Grievance is, husband of elder sister has pocketed all service benefits and no information was

Order 0107wp4114.17 made available to minor i.e. present petitioner. It is contended that the employer Bank has rejected the application by sister and elder brother without assigning any reason.

4.

Compassionate employment is a concession made available to immediately help a family in distress. Here father of petitioner expired on 09.12.1993. The application has been moved about 23 years thereafter, as such, when application was moved family in distress was not in existence.

5.

If elder sister or brother have done anything wrong, the petitioner cannot blame the Bank for that purpose. He can take suitable action against them if law so permit.

6.

We are therefore not inclined to interfere in writ jurisdiction. Writ Petition is rejected. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
