This Criminal Application is pending before this Court since 25/04/2018. On a query, the learned Advocate for the applicants stated that the trial has already commenced.

Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the First Information Report registered against the applicants for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Criminal Application is dismissed.
