Heard learned counsel Shri A.V.Bhide for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri Neeraj Patil for the State. Also, perused a detailed reply filed on behalf of the State to oppose the present application for grant of anticipatory bail.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.611/2020 registered with Jalgaon Jamod Police Station, district Buldana for offences punishable under Sections 186, 353, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

First informant Gangubai, is a Sarpanch of village Jamod. Undisputedly, the present applicant, on prior lodgement of First Information Report, approached to Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldana in respect of Government work in the village. When enquiry was going .....2/-
on, present First Information Report was lodged. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, there is a force in submissions of learned counsel Shri A.V.Bhide for the applicant that First Information Report is an outcome of malice and the same is lodged for taking a revenge against the present applicant.

On 31.7.2020, this Court (Coram : Vinay Joshi, J.) granted protection to the applicant on a condition that the applicant shall attend police station on every Monday. It is not the case of the prosecution that the applicant has flouted the said condition.

In this view of the matter, I pass following order:
ORDER
(1) The application is allowed.
(2) In the event of arrest of applicant-Sanjay s/ o Namdeo Dhurde, in connection with Crime No.611/2020 registered with Jalgaon Jamod Police Station, district Buldana for offences punishable under Sections 186, 353, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on bail on he executing a P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount.
(3) The applicant is directed to attend the .....3/-
police station once in fifteen days for next two months.
With this, the criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
