This Court by the order dated 21-12-2013 granted interim order on condition that the appellant shall deposit the amount as per the Award within twelve weeks. The learned Advocate for the appellant has not been able to point out that the amount as directed by this Court has been deposited. Even otherwise considering the defence raised by the appellant, I am not satisfied

The civil application is dismissed.
