Considering the facts of the case, prima-facie, I am satisfied that the applicants/ appellants have made out the case for continuation of the interim order passed by this Court on 4th December, 2014.

The interim order shall continue till decision of the appeal. The Civil Application is allowed in the above terms.

The appellants shall file private paper book till 30th August, 2015.
