It is submitted by learned counsel for respondent no.1 that by the order dated 18/07/2007 respondent no.1 was permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation, and accordingly he has withdrawn the same. However, as there was no specific order permitting respondent no.1 to withdraw the interest accrued on the said amount, this application is filed for withdrawal of the interest of 9 months which has accrued on the said amount.

Considering the fact that respondent no.1 was already permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited in the court, he is also permitted to withdraw the interest thereon subject to filing of usual undertaking.
