In view of that, settlement is accepted. The appeal is disposed of as settled. Court fee be refunded as per Rules.

The statutory amount deposited by the appellant with the High Court be refunded to the appellant and the decretal amount already deposited with the MACT, Buldhana, if any, be paid to the claimants with accrued interest.
