Since this Court was not inclined to grant bail, the learned counsel Shri P.V. Navlani seeks leave to withdraw the application with a request that the learned trial Court be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. The request is reasonable since the applicant is languishing in jail since 25.8.2017.

The learned trial Court is requested to dispose of the trial expeditiously.

If there is no significant development or progress in the trial in the next six months, the applicant is at liberty to apply for bail.
