There is no dispute, that the petitioner belongs to the Mehtar Community, and therefore, would be covered by the exception in the interim order dated 10/04/2023 passed Kailash Maroti Rajkaur and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No.3950/2023 by the learned Division Bench at Aurangabad High Court.

Mr. R.R. Chhabra, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, in the light of the above, makes a statement that the candidature of the petitioner shall be considered, according to the Rules applicable. 3.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of in view of the above statement.
