Learned counsel for petitioner submits that, in the all petitions, orders passed in the execution case were challenged. It is submitted that the execution case itself is decided finally and the decree is satisfied, as such the grievance raised by the petitioner does not survive. It is stated that the petitioner has filed a pursis dated 18.09.2025, stating this position.
