DATE :
03rd May, 2019 Instead of filing two separate applications, a composite application has been filed for grant of permission to intervene and clarification of the order dated 22nd April, 2019 passed by this Court. We deprecate this practice of filing a combined application. Apart from this, we also deprecate the practice of filing application for clarification of the order without annexing the copy of the order, of which a clarification is sought. We, therefore, direct the Office not to entertain any application in any matter - whether Civil or Criminal,
for clarification/recall/review/speaking to minutes or modification of any order, unless a copy of such order is annexed to the application. If clarification/review/recall etc. is in respect of multiple orders, copies of such orders are also required to be annexed to the application. The Office, therefore, shall not entertain such applications without compliance of this order as it may waste time of the Court.
We grant the Applicants liberty to file two separate applications annexing the copies of the orders, with liberty to move the matter during Summer Vacation, 2019, if such occasion arises.
Put up this matter after Summer Vacation, 2019. Judge Judge |hedau|
