DATE : 04.07.2016 The only prayer made by the petitioner in the instate petition is for a direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the revision filed by the petitioner, within a time-frame. Shri Maldhure, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent no.1 states, on instructions, that the hearing in the revision was conducted on 25.5.2016 and the decision would be rendered very shortly.

By accepting the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.1 to positively decide the revision, within a period of four weeks.

The ad interim relief granted on 10.5.2016 to continue, till the revision is decided.

Order accordingly. No costs.
