Applicant is in jail after his conviction under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code by the learned Principal District Judge, Gondia. As such, though learned A.P.P. is seeking time to verify the case, we condone delay of 172 days. Criminal Application is accordingly allowed. Office to register Appeal.
