Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondentState. Vide order dated 15/01/2021 passed in Writ Petition No.3358/2020, the directions were issued to respondent No.2 to decide the representation made by the petitioner within eight weeks from the receipt of the same. It is undisputed that on 01/02/2021, the petitioner made the representation. The learned Additional Government Pleader has produced on record the decision taken on the representation dated 10/08/2021. It is, therefore, seen that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, representation has been decided.

15-CP-182-21 In view of this position, the order stands complied with. Nothing survives in the contempt petition. The petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate steps in respect of decision taken on 10/08/2021.
