03rd May, 2019 As per the order dated 7th December, 2018 passed by this Court, the State Govt. had assured this Court to place on record the Sand Mining Policy in the first week of May, 2019.
Now, by this application, the Additional Collector has prayed for extension of time by a further period of three months. As there cannot be any objection for
grant of such extension, we grant such extension which shall be on the terms and conditions specified in the order dated 7th December, 2018.
