DATE : 15.11.2016 By this petition, the petitioner challenges the order of the respondent - Education Society, dated 18.4.2016, terminating the services of the petitioner.
It is stated on behalf of the respondents that the School Tribunal has started functioning and it would be necessary for the petitioner to prosecute the application for stay before the School Tribunal. It is stated that in view of the functioning of the School Tribunal, the writ petition would not survive. We uphold the objection raised on behalf of the respondents and dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. The points raised in the petition are kept open. The interim relief to continue only for a period of two weeks.
