This petition seeks for extension of parole leave on the ground of illness of petitioner's mother. In terms of Rule 19(C)(iii) 15 days extension can be granted once in three years. Petitioner is in jail from last six years and admittedly it is his first release on parole. 3.

We have gone through the medical certificate annexed with the petition. It is petitioner's contention that his mother requires investigation as regards to her chronic health problem as stated in the certificate. There is no dispute that petitioner's mother is suffering from ailments. The objection is only that ailments are not serious. Anyhow the petitioner would get such liberty in every three years. Having regard to the cause canvassed by the petitioner we deem it appropriate to extend the parole leave.

In view of the above, parole leave is extended for
