It is pointed out to this court by the learned counsel for the respondent that in view of Rule 5 of the Central Civil Service (Temporary Service) Rules, the petitioner can approach the Inspector General of C.R.P.F and the case of the petitioner could be reopened and the correctness or otherwise of the impugned order could be examined. In view of the preliminary objection raised on behalf of the respondent, we dispose of the writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to take up appropriate proceedings before the Inspector General of C.R.P.F.
Order accordingly. No costs. The points raised in the writ petition are kept open.
