It is seen that these two applicants are similarly situated as the applicant Rajkanya w/o Bharat Kale in Criminal Application (ABA) No. 274 of 2018, who is one of the co-accused of these applicants and has been granted bail. There is no dispute about this fact. Therefore these two applicants also deserve to be granted bail on the ground of parity.
The application is allowed and it is
aba308.18 901.odt 2 directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants in Crime No. 188/2018 registered with Police Station Darwha, District Yavatmal, they be released on bail on each of them furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs. 30,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions :
[i] The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station for a period of one week starting from 07th May, 2018 and also on such other occasions as may be required by the Police.
[ii] The applicants shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer in the investigation of the case. [iii] The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
The application is disposed of.
