Heard Mr. Agnihotri, learned counsel for the applicant.

Perused the order passed by this Court dated 14.1.2008 and order 27.11.2009, the order directing the appellant/applicant to deposit the decretal amount in this court and the order permitting the respondent to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this court respectively. The appeal is admitted on 3.6.2008. In view of these facts, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
