Learned counsel for respondent submits that the matter is settled before the learned Mediator and it was agreed to pay Rs.6,50,000/- as per settlement terms. However, till today, the remaining amount was not paid. Learned counsel for respondent further submits that out of Rs.6,50,000/-, Rs.3,00,000/- has already been paid, however only Rs.3,50,000/- is remained unpaid and he makes a statement that said amount would be paid by 30.09.2025.
