Ms. Kirti Kapse, Advocate for the petitioners states that the revision application in which the impugned order is passed, is finally heard and it is closed for orders. In these facts, in my view, it would not be appropriate to consider the challenges of the petitioner to the interim order. The petition is disposed. No costs.

At this stage, the learned Advocate for the petitioners has submitted that the matter is heard on 31st May, 2016, however, order is not passed.

The learned Advocate has requested that the Additional Commissioner be directed to pass orders within stipulated time.
