Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

The applicant is arrested by Police Station, Barshitakli, District Akola for an offences punishable under Sections 354-A, 452, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The victim aged about 17 years, alleged that the applicant barged in her house, pulled her close and expressed his desire to marry. Already investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed.

Having regard to the nature of accusation and current pandemic situation, there is no need to keep the applicant behind bars for indefinite period. Already applicant was released on interim bail by this Court vide order dated 09.07.2020. In view of that the interim order dated 09.07.2020 is hereby made absolute on same terms and conditions.
